Property Terms & Conditions
– An acceptable form of photo ID is required on arrival, with a valid credit card for the person present, to be used as a deposit for damage, security & incidentals. The person whose credit card has been utilised to confirm the reservation must be present at the time of check-in, with matching ID.
-Online booking requests are booking requests only. Boyles Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking requests and refund deposits.
-Booking must be paid for in full at time of check-in.
– Guests under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult. Boyles Sutherland Hotel reserves the right to immediately evict any guests found to be committing an unlawful act or not adhering to any of these terms and conditions.
– Boyles Sutherland Hotel, both for itself and on behalf of their employees or agents do not accept any responsibility for any act, omission, default or neglect of themselves, their employees or agents for injury, damage, or loss to persons or good whatsoever or however the same may be caused and they do not warrant and are in no way responsible for the accuracy of any information given in statement made by their service providers in terms of travel arrangements. By utilising the services provided by the property, you agree that the property shall not be liable for the wilful or negligent acts and or omissions of such carriers and or service providers.
– Boyles Sutherland Hotel, will not be liable for any accident, in-just, delay or property damage or personal loss to you or those travelling with you in connection with any accommodation, transportation, storage of luggage either before or after check out or other travel services resulting directly or indirectly from the occurrences or conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of terrorism, act of God, defects in vehicles, war, strikes, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disorder, disaster, Government regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule.
Your car is parked at your own risk.
– Any lost or stolen keys must be reported to the property immediately. Any lost or stolen keys will incur a replacement fee of $50 AU
– Guests must agree not to make excessive noise, excessive traffic to & from the room or display disorderly behaviour. Guests must further agree not to exceed the number of registered guests in the room at any time. You agree to advise Boyles Sutherland Hotel of any changes in the number of persons using the room and agree to pay additional charges for these additional guest’s as required.
– Boyles Sutherland Hotel accommodation is 100% non-smoking. There are smoking areas located in the downstairs at the rear of the hotel and on the upstairs veranda, smoking is not permitted in the internal open area as smoke enters guests rooms. Similarly cooking is not to be performed in the room.
Smoking or cooking in the room will incur a cleaning fee payable by the guest of $200 per day, until the room is suitable for occupation.
– Guests further agree to leave the room in a clean & tidy state, failing to adhere to this, you agree to pay a minimum cleaning fee of $250.
You agree to pay $1,250 in the event of a false fire alarm, and further agree to pay for any loss or damage to the room or any equipment in the room during the period of use.
Check-out time is prior to 10 am on the day of departure. Failure to check-out by this time may incur an additional nights’ charge. In the event that any person fails to vacate the premises after such requests have been made, the police will be called, which may result in further action taken against said person.
– Payments via credit card will incur a credit card surcharge fee of 1.75% for Visa & Mastercard. Sorry we don’t accept Amex.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellations vary, based on the rate plan booked. Please see below our list of rates to identify which cancellation policy applies to your reservation, if the rate is not specifically listed here the cancellation will be on a non-refundable basis only;
Standard Rate – Cancellations and amendments are permitted up until 24 hours prior to the posted arrival time. Cancellations prior to 24 hours from arrival, are eligible for free cancellation and amendments. Cancellations or amendments within 24 hours from arrival, will be charged a fee equal to the first nights of the accomodation.
Non-Refundable – Cancellations and amendments are not permitted after booking.
Full payment is required at the time of reservation. All cancellations or amendments after booking, will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the accomodation amount.
